NE Cultural & Social Institute 18% complete: In pics

18% of the North Eastern Cultural and Social Institute in Dwarka, Delhi is complete, with a 1000-capacity auditorium, two seminar halls, a library-cum-reading room, an art gallery, an exhibition hall, a research centre, sales outlets, a guest house, handloom display, food court, banquet hall and more.

A comprehensive inspection took place on Tuesday, led by the Monitoring Committee MHA. The committee was joined by officials from key organisations, including MDoNER (Ministry of Development of the North Eastern Region), SPUNER (Special Purpose Vehicle for the North East Region), NEC (North Eastern Council), CPWD (Central Public Works Department), contractors, and the engineering team.

This collaborative effort aimed to assess the progress firsthand and ensure that the construction aligns with the envisioned plans.

The achievement of the 18% completion milestone indicates a promising trajectory for the project. As the construction progresses, the institute is poised to become a dynamic centre for cultural and social activities.
