Agartala will witness the return of the Aguli Lantern Festival for its third edition, set to take place on 24 December 2024 at Pragati Ground. The festival will showcase a range of activities, including the release of handcrafted lanterns that will light up the night sky, symbolising hope and unity. The programme will also feature live performances by artists such as Ananya Ghosh, Souvik Saha, Bandishgeetika, and Novonil Chakma, adding a musical dimension to the celebration.
Attendees can enjoy traditional food stalls and a vibrant cultural fair, further enhancing the festive atmosphere. The event has steadily gained popularity since its inception, becoming a cherished occasion for families and communities to gather.
