Chinese Board Channels forums have revealed that Nvidia’s partners in China are gearing up to raise the prices of its GeForce RTX products by up to 10%. This price hike will affect the GeForce RTX 40 and RTX 30 series of GPUs.
Nvidia’s partners, including ASUS, GALAX, and Colorful, have already implemented price increases on several models, including the GeForce RTX 4090D. While these price increases may seem minor, they could significantly impact the sales and positioning of Nvidia’s products in China and influence consumer perceptions of the brands.
Notably, the GeForce RTX 4060 is one product that will not be affected by the price hike. The cost of entry-level gaming devices has been declining in recent years, making PC gaming more accessible to a broader audience.
