Gokhale is a trained Architect with a Master’s degree in Urban Management from IHS, Rotterdam, Netherlands. Her expertise lies in earth architecture, human-centric and community participatory design.
In the past, Gokhale has designed and implemented community-based housing and infrastructure projects across rural and urban India through participatory tools. Her work at SELCO Foundation includes developing sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions along with different stakeholders and partners to achieve desired scale and applicability.
