The D’YAVOL Luxury Collective, co-owned by Shah Rukh Khan, his son Aryan Khan, Bunty Singh, and Leti Blagoeva, has achieved a significant milestone. Their pure malt scotch whisky, D’YAVOL Inception, has been awarded a gold medal at the 29th edition of the International Spirits Challenge.
Shah Rukh Khan expressed his delight over the achievement, stating, “I’m thrilled to see the D’YAVOL Luxury Collective receiving accolades from our patrons. This gold medal is the result of all the hard work and passion of the whole team, and I’m sure it’s the first of many to come.”
Aryan Khan also took to Instagram to share his excitement, posting a photo of the whisky and commenting, “Thousands of entries from over 70 countries, and the gold goes to D’YAVOL INCEPTION. So proud to have received this prestigious award at the International Spirits Challenge for our first-ever whisky!”
Co-founder Bunty Singh remarked, “I am proud that D’YAVOL’s liquid credentials are being validated by securing medals in prestigious competitions. It is particularly gratifying that these are awarded to our core expressions, which are readily available for consumers to try, and not for limited edition products and exclusive bottling.”
D’YAVOL Inception is crafted from a blend of eight different single malts sourced from Scotland, offering a balance of peat and sweet notes. The whisky is non-chill filtered and bottled at 47.1% ABV, preserving its original flavour profile. Currently, it is available in Goa, Maharashtra, and Karnataka, with plans to expand to Delhi, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Telangana. The retail price for a 750 ml bottle ranges between Rs 9,000 to Rs 9,800.
