Kohima: The Indian Army has announced the schedule for the online computer-based Common Entrance Examination (CEE) for registered Agniveer candidates from Manipur and Nagaland.
The exams will be conducted at designated centres in both states from June 30 to July 10, 2025, with a detailed timetable to be released soon.
The Indian Army had invited online applications from unmarried male candidates for recruitment as Agniveers in various categories under the Agnipath Scheme for the 2025–26 cycle. The online registration process, held from March 12 to April 25, 2025, saw applications from eligible youth across all districts of Manipur and Nagaland.
According to the Ministry of Defence’s PRO and spokesperson for Manipur, Nagaland, and Southern Arunachal Pradesh, selected candidates must report to their examination centres at least 90 minutes before the scheduled time and carry a colour printout of their Admit Card. Entry will be closed 30 minutes prior to the exam, and no late arrivals will be permitted.
To aid candidates in preparation, the Indian Army has provided category-wise practice links on its official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Animated tutorial videos titled “How to Appear for Online CEE” are available on the portal. The website also includes details regarding educational qualifications, physical and medical standards, and job specifications for each category.
Candidates who have applied for two different categories during registration will be required to appear for two separate CEEs, as the exam content and merit criteria differ for each.
For further assistance, candidates have been advised to contact the Army Recruitment Office, Rangapahar, at 03862-249012 or 7628023484, or via email at swarkokila@nic.in.
