The project management unit (PMU) of Assam Project on Forest and Biodiversity Conservation Society (APFBCS) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for various posts on purely contractual basis.
The APFBCS was created by the Assam government as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The society has the mandate for planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination and management of all the activities proposed under the project.
The APFBCS envisages successful integration of sustainable forest management interventions with special emphasis on income generation and livelihood security of forest dependent communities.

Essential qualification: Civil engineering graduate or equivalent with 10 years of experience in scrutinising building estimates.
Desirable qualification: Experience of working with externally aided projects (building works in particular)

Essential qualification: LLM with 2 years of experience in handling legal matters
Desirable qualification: Proficiency in legal matters, particularly contract Law, litigation arising out of procurement activity & contract management, arbitration matters, legal scrutiny of agreements, contractor’s claims, etc, preparing para-wise comments & affidavits with respect to pending litigation, a minimum experience of 2 years with externally aided projects.

Age: Minimum of 21 years and maximum 43 years
Essential qualification: B Tech/ BE in computer science/ M Sc (IT)/ M Sc (Computer science)/ MCA having good knowledge in programming (PHP/ HTML/ Java Script) with 4 years working experience.
Desirable qualification: Preference will be given to the candidates having working experience of 4 years with externally aided project.

Age: Minimum of 21 years and maximum 43 years
Essential qualification: Masters’ degree in environmental science/ geo-informatics and remote sensing/ geography. Having good knowledge in software skills, ARC GIS, ARDAS, Imagine, AUtoCAD, global mapper with 3 years working experience.
Desirable qualification: Minimum 3 years work experience in forestry sector. Preference will be given to the candidates having working experience with externally aided project.

Essential qualification: MBA (finance) or MCA from recognized university/institute. 1 years diploma in computer and tally having a minimum experience of 10 years.
Desirable qualification: Candidates with experience in externally aided project (EAP) will be preferable

Age: Maximum 35 years
Essential qualification: M com/MBA (finance/accounts) from recognised university/institute. 1 year diploma in computer and tally having a minimum experience of 2 years.
Desirable qualification: Well versed with Tally software
