Vigilance Awareness Week begins across N F Railway

Northeast Frontier Railway (N. F. Railway) launched its ‘Vigilance Awareness Week’ today, focusing on the theme, “Culture of Integrity for Nation’s Prosperity.” This week-long observance aims to foster transparency and integrity within the organisation, striving to eliminate corruption and promote ethical practices.

The Integrity Pledge was administered at N. F. Railway Headquarters, Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Sabha Griha, by Chetan Kumar Shrivastava, General Manager of N. F. Railway. A similar pledge was also led by Arun Kumar Chaudhary, General Manager of N. F. Railway (Construction), at the GM (Construction) office premises in Maligaon. Railway employees across all divisions, led by Divisional Railway Managers, joined in taking the pledge, committing to uphold ethical values in their professional responsibilities.

This week’s observance includes a variety of initiatives to promote awareness and the significance of integrity in everyday work. Scheduled to conclude on 3 November 2024, the campaign seeks to inspire a collective commitment to a corruption-free environment across the N. F. Railway network.
