The country’s largest public sector railway transporter is set to operate a few special trains in the coming weeks to meet the surge in passengers for various reasons, including summer holidays, exams, and medical.
According to the information, N. F. Railway will depart from Agartala at 07:30 am on May 2 and reach Guwahati at 22:50 pm on the same day. From Guwahati, it will depart at 23:55 pm and reach Sealdah at 18:00 pm on the next day.
It is also noteworthy that a one-way special train from Guwahati to Agartala will depart from the capital at 18:30 pm on May 6 and reach Agartala at 11:30 pm on the next day. The train will operate on two-tier, three-tier, sleeper, and general seating coaches.
From Dibrugarh, special trains will depart on every Saturday from May 4 to June 29 at 17:20 pm and reach Kolkata at 23:00 pm on the next day. In the return direction, trains from Kolkata will depart on every Sunday from May 5 to June 30 at 23:50 pm and reach Dibrugarh at 03:30 pm on Tuesday.
