Kohima: The killing of NSCN-IM leader Khampei Opeiham Konyak in Nagaland by unidentified assailants, has sparked condemnation and outrage. The NSCN-IM, on Friday strongly denounced the heinous act, emphasising the imperative need for unity and condemnation from all quarters.
The NSCN-IM reiterated its stance against senseless violence within the Naga community, especially at a time when efforts should be concentrated on attaining enduring peace and fostering reconciliation.
