Dr. Puneet Kumar Goel, Chief Secretary of Manipur stated that it is a very important milestone for Imphal with the inauguration of the mechanized rotary parking system. It is the first of the four proposed facilities across the city. He added, that Imphal like other capital cities is facing growing pressure of parking space due to increasing urbanisation and the rising number of vehicles, which has led to an increasing demand for an organised parking facility.
