The Red Shield Centre of Wellness and Excellence, or Manipur Super-50, is a collaborative initiative involving the Indian Army, the SBI Foundation, and the National Integrity and Educational Development Organisation (NIEDO). This programme provides free residential coaching to deserving students from underprivileged backgrounds in Manipur. The Indian Army has contributed by offering accommodation, setting up the project, and ensuring ongoing oversight for the students’ holistic development. The SBI Foundation, serving as the CSR partner, has offered substantial financial support, while NIEDO has played a crucial role in mentoring and educating the students, focusing on both academic excellence and psychological well-being.
