Subir Baruah, hailing from Shillong, is the founder of Beginner’s Career Coaching, an organisation dedicated to guiding students through their educational and career journeys. Born and raised in Shillong, Subir has always been passionate about helping others find their path, particularly in an environment where career choices can often feel overwhelming and confusing.

The documentary, produced by Impulse NGO Network with support from Meta India, is a collaboration between Gezmek Films and Impulse Model Press Lab, with EastMojo as the media partner.
