Assam down town University recently organised HR Conclave 4.0, bringing together HR professionals, industry leaders, and subject-matter experts to discuss evolving trends in human resources. The event focused on recruitment strategies, talent management, and innovative practices in addressing the needs of a modern workforce, particularly Generation Z.

The event featured panel discussions on pressing topics such as mental health, recruitment preferences, and the growing importance of technology in HR. The discussions explored strategies to align organisational goals with the aspirations of Gen Z, who are increasingly prioritising purpose-driven work and flexible environments.

A panel moderated by Vishal Sharma from Lenskart.com delved into recruitment strategies for Gen Z.
