Agartala: The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has asked for a report from Indigo airlines for a report on safety violation by media persons on flight with Kangana Ranaut en-route to Mumbai from Chandigarh on Wednesday last.
In a video which has now gone viral over the social media platform, media persons from different channels can be seen standing close to one another in the Indigo flight 6E264 flight from.
Kangana Ranaut who was on her way from her home town– Manali on Wednesday in a Chandigarh-Mumbai flight, was sitting in the front rows.

Taking to twitter, Rahul Fernandes wrote, Message from a friend who was on the Kangana Ranaut flight: “Flying these days is about masks, PPE suits, faceshields. Yesterday’s flight was about unruly paparazzi and announcements reminding us there are ‘regular passengers’ on the flight and that we are still in a pandemic.”

Kangana Ranaut was on her way to Mumbai from Manali after she got into a war of words with Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut. Raut had warned Kangana against returning to Mumbai after she compared the city to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.
The Mumbai’s civic body on Wednesday demolished a part of ‘illegal alterations’ at the Bandra residence of Ranaut, said a civic official while speaking to reporters on the matter.

However, later, the Bombay High Court stayed the demolition order of the property of actor Kangana Ranaut by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for ‘illegal construction’.
The Bombay High Court asked BMC to reply to a petition filed by Kangana Ranaut. The matter will then be heard in court before the bench of justice SJ Kathawalla.
“We filed a petition this morning seeking urgent hearing. We have sought a stay on the demolition process by way of interim relief,” said Kangana Ranaut’s advocate Rizwan Siddiqui.
