Statehood Day celebrations begin
Home minister Amit Shah landed at Lilabari Airport, Assam
Union home minister Amit Shah has landed at Lilabari Airport in Lakhimpur district, Assam. He will head on to Arunachal in a half an hour flight.
Shah will first go to the Raj Bhavan in Itanagar where he will participate in a plantation drive and then reach Indira Gandhi Park for Statehood Day celebrations.
