Kohima: The Nagaland HipHop Music Festival, Inception 3.0, held at RCEMPA, Jotsoma, marked a significant milestone in Nagaland’s music scene, drawing large crowd. The event, organised by Table 3 and supported by title sponsor Black Rose Enterprise, was powered by the Task Force for Music & Arts (TaFMA) and the Tourism Department of Nagaland.
Inception 3.0, held on August 24, showcased the best of the region’s hip-hop talent, headlined by the popular group Khasi Bloodz, whose electrifying performance captivated the audience.

The festival highlighted various elements of hip-hop culture, including rap, beatboxing, breakdancing, and graffiti art, offering a diverse and dynamic experience for all attendees.
In the HipHop Dance Competition, The Ace from Kohima won the top prize with an outstanding performance, followed by Gangs of Fantastic from Manipur, who secured second place with a brilliant display of skill. Beat Kings from Chümoukedima took third place, impressing with their dynamic routine.
The 7th Nagaland Beatbox Championship saw Nabinbe from West Bengal emerge victorious, demonstrating exceptional vocal techniques, while Antidote from Meghalaya earned the Vice Champion title with a powerful performance.

The festival’s success was a testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire Table 3 team, along with the support from the Nagaland Beatbox Community, Lamgrace Dance Studio, and other partners. The event also highlighted Nagaland’s growing status as a hub for hip-hop culture in India.
