Guwahati: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) allowed a change of exam centre for candidates from Manipur who have applied for the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2024.
Through a notice, the UPSC stated that candidates who had initially chosen the ‘Imphal (Manipur)’ centre now have the option to select any of the 80 notified centres for the examination.
The window for centre change will be open from April 8 to April 19, 2024, accessible round the clock on the UPSC website. Candidates can also request centre changes by calling the toll-free helpline number 1800118711 on working days between April 8-19, from 10 am to 5 pm.
Furthermore, the Commission will consider emails sent to uscsp-upsc@nic.in regarding centre change during the specified dates.
All candidates who had selected the Imphal centre will receive notifications via email and SMS at their registered email addresses and mobile numbers.
Candidates opting for centre changes will be allocated to their chosen venues, and confirmatory messages will be sent to their registered mobile numbers.
