According to reports, nestled within a recent update to Rockstar’s launcher site lay breadcrumbs suggesting a PC port for the studio’s revered Western epic, Red Dead Redemption, along with its Undead Nightmare DLC expansion.
A screenshot sourced from the data mine showcases a promising message: “Journey across the sprawling expanses of the American West and Mexico in Red Dead Redemption, and its zombie-horror companion, Undead Nightmare now playable on PC.”
Originally blazing a trail on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 back in 2010, the absence of a PC rendition has long cast a shadow over the title. Despite Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 receiving their respective ports last year, PC enthusiasts found themselves relegated to the sidelines.
