Agartala: A delegation of sixty international delegates associated with the Himalayan International Institute of Yoga, Meditation, and Science has embarked on a tour of Tripura. As part of their itinerary, the tourists visited the iconic Ujjayanta Palace, which bears the historical legacy of the erstwhile princely state.
Director of Spiritual Excursions at the institute, Venson Hair, informed reporters that they had come to Tripura to experience the rich spiritual and cultural heritage of the state.
“We have arrived here to visit different areas of Tripura. To be precise, we want to explore the rich cultural, spiritual, and geographical vibrancy of the state. A total of sixty international tourists have arrived with us, all of whom are from different locations of the United States,” said Hair.
When asked about the places that the delegates had visited so far, he said, “We sought blessings at the Tripura Sundari Temple. We have also visited Chabimura and other locations of tourist interest. Today, we are here at the iconic Ujjayanta Palace to explore its historical infrastructure.”
