The University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM) has collaborated with TAAZAA INC to organize a national-level HR Conclave, titled ‘Kaaryam 1.0’, to discuss the future trends and advancements in technology and culture.
The conclave, themed ‘Navigating the Future: Technological Advancement & Shaping a Sustainable Culture’, brought together industry leaders, HR professionals, academicians, and students to share knowledge and promote collaboration. The event, organised by the Training and Placement Division of USTM, aims to foster discussions on innovative HR practices, with a special focus on technological advancements and the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce.
The conclave will feature speakers from TAAZAA INC, India Today Magazine, The Assam Tribune, Infosys, Microsoft, TechVariable, and other esteemed institutions. The event will also include a panel discussion on ‘Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Unleashing New Frontiers in Workforce Dynamics’, moderated by Ms. Maithilee Bhuyan from The Assam Tribune.
The Conclave attracted over 100 HR professionals, marking a successful and impactful event that reinforced USTM’s commitment to bridging academia and industry, empowering the next generation of professionals. The event will provide students with valuable insights for their personal and professional growth.
