The festival also aims to boost Mizoram’s tourist market competitiveness, particularly Champhai, by addressing the needs of tourists and travellers. Furthermore, it seeks to support local entrepreneurs, florists, farmers, artisans, musicians, and handloom and handicraft creators by providing them with a venue to display and sell their crafts, generating additional livelihoods.
