The Chennai Super Kings player were seen getting together and enjoying quality time with their loved ones to celebrate Eid. In a video posted on social media accounts of the yellow giants, MS Dhoni, Moeen Ali, Dwayne Bravo, Robin Uthappa, Ambati Rayudu and others were seen enjoying food at their team hotel. The family members of the players also joined the celebrations and captain cool was seen interacting with the kids.
Recently, MS Dhoni replaced Jadeja as the CSK captain after the latter relinquished the captaincy to focus on his form. After MS took over the captaincy, CSK won their game against SRH by 19 runs. CSK now have six points from nine matches but still remain at the bottom two in the points table.
Chennai Super Kings posted a massive score of 202/2 in 20 overs after they were put to bat first by the SRH captain, Kane Willimson. Both the CSK openers were off to a flying start with Rituraj Gaikwad scoring a 99 and Devon Conway remained unbeaten at 85. The SRH bowlers struggled to get a breakthrough until the 17th over, when T Natarajan dismissed Rituraj Gaikwad. The bowling department of CSK did a splendid job and restricted SRH to 189/6 to win the game by 13 runs.
