Panikhaiti, Guwahati: Assam downtown University’s Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) has organized International Youth Leadership Conclave with eminent dignitaries from PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Guwahati Management Association.
Chiranjeet Chaliha, president, Guwahati Management Association, delivered the welcome address and officially started off the first session of the programme. The theme address was delivered by Prof. Sunandan Baruah, Chairperson, Institution’s Innovation Council, Assam downtown University.
Parag Phukan, vice president, GMA, spoke on the topic “Free Yourself from Limiting Belief” where he emphasized upon the need for the young generation to break free from negative thoughts that obstruct their path to success.
The second speaker, GMA director Swapan Jyoti Sharma, delivered his talk on the topic “Managing Self”. He inspired the young minds to be optimistic and to work upon the development of the self-improving intellectual and emotional attributes.
Sanjeevani Saikia from PHDCCI threw light on the significance of Ethical Leadership and Civic Mindedness.
The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by Bhaskar J. Gogoi, Co-Chair, PHDCCI NER.
