A day after the violent protest in Namchi town over the mysterious death of student leader Padam Gurung, Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Golay refused to address the violence on the pretext that he was addressing the gathering for ‘Tendong Lho Rum Faat’ festival in Gangtok on Tuesday.
