Journeys used to be a source of excitement earlier, but, in a post-Covid-19 world, travelling makes people anxious. People are trying to avoid travelling as much as possible but, there are times when travelling is unavoidable and one has to step out.

The chances of people getting infected with coronavirus increase if they are in an uninhibited contact with an infected person. So, it is quite probable that you may catch the virus if you are in a closed space with an infected person. Travellers have to use buses for covering smaller distances.   • Avoid touching surfaces like the handle of the bus, armrest and window without disinfecting them first.

  • When you are travelling in the bus, do not remove your mask.

  • Do not discard your tissue, gloves or anything else inside the bus. Carry a polybag and discard all the used items in the same.

  • Do not touch your face or nose often. Do it only if necessary and only after sanitising your hands.
